How it works
A treasure hunt that runs through your church
- Launch Sunday: your church watches the first video, and every member gets Launch Cards to share.
- 3 Riddle Sundays: each week a new video gives a Bible riddle, and your pastor gives a location clue pointing to a local partner business.
- Your past services: players search your recorded sermons for code words, so they hear your pastor preach.
- The finale: players come to your church to solve the last puzzle, a winner takes the grand prize, and everyone hears the gospel.

- A custom game website that releases new videos and clues through the month, with your church’s name and links at the top
- A treasure chest game box with 300 each of the Launch Cards, Game Cards A, B and C, and Finale Cards, plus placards for your 3 partner businesses and a sealed solution and hints envelope
- An admin portal with a status tracker, finale RSVP head count, every video and printable, and promotional graphics
- A one-page results report after your game, guided onboarding and our best-practices guide
Most churches spend about $4,000–$4,500 all in, including a grand prize and finale refreshments.

In your admin portal, set your Launch Sunday at least a month out and choose a Treasure Captain to run the game.

We custom-build your game around your recorded services and ship your treasure chest game box.

Expansion packs
How many game pieces will you need?
Game pieces are one per player, and the base game includes 300 of each. Larger churches can add expansion packs of 300 more game pieces for $495 each. We can also ship extra packs overnight if you run low during your game.
Expansion packs add game pieces to a full Vault 2:4 game. They can’t be played on their own.

Before you order
Common questions
What do we need before we order?
A mostly complete set of your church’s recorded services from the previous calendar year, posted online where anyone can find them. YouTube, Facebook or your church’s website all work, and a few missing Sundays are fine.
How far ahead do we need to order?
Set your Launch Sunday at least one month after you order, so we have time to customize your game and ship it. You can order well in advance.
Can we change our dates after we order?
Yes. You can reschedule anytime before Launch Sunday in your admin portal. If your new dates fall in a different calendar year, just contact us.
Does our church pay sales tax?
Not if your church is tax-exempt. Create an account and upload your exemption form before you check out. See step-by-step instructions.
Can we pay by check?
Yes. Email support@kqthunt.com, and we’ll arrange payment by check.
What else should we budget for?
Your church provides the grand prize (we suggest $500 or more in value) and light refreshments for the finale. Many churches get prizes donated by local businesses.
